  My experience at Nissan was great this past weekend! I’m a college student who has to commute and I was trying to get a used car. After multiple failed attempts my mother and I went to Nissan and we were successful! They respected how much I was able to afford and gave me great options for pre-Owned cars.   Service was great. They took the time to let me know things that I need to take care of and my options. Also someone took the time to pass the vacuum in the front part of my car. I have had no time to do it myself. That was cool.

  They are the Chick-Fil-A of car dealerships. The nicest car salesmen in the Antelope Valley. They are personable from the moment you walk in, and continue to be the nicest people I’ve ever met. They aren’t trying to just make money out of you, they genuinely want to make a connection. I would never go anywhere else again.

  Just wanted to point out and let people know there are still genuine and professional salespeople in the car business. I was not able to purchase a car here quite yet but on Memorial Day I went to 4 dealerships in Antelope Valley and none of them cared to show any enthusiasm or care when we walked in, except for AV Nissan.

  Helped out on a warranty covered item that another dealership made me wait 5 hrs before they said they couldn't help me. They also knew about a recall and were able to fix that as well. Great communication through the process and great customer service.

  Iman is the man! We told him the payments we wanted and he made it happen! Carlos also gave us a great APR rate, being a college student they gave me the best offer possible!

  I was helped by Ethan in the service department he was very attentive and helpful called me through the day to give me updates on my vehicle getting serviced , Ethan went above and beyond when it came to my vehicle I needed tires and he made sure and got the job done the same day with a quick turn around . I will definitely book my next service with Ethan again .

  Went in for an oil and filter change along with some minor maintenance and ended up having to replace my transmission. Veronica the service writer was great in keeping me informed and costs. The service took a couple weeks due to lack of availability to get the transmission. I was offered a free rental car yet never really needed it. Picked up the car after repairs and so far it drives well and any issues from the past have been resolved or taken care of.
